The brief was to modernise this mid terrace, Grade II Listed town house by creating rooms more conducive to entertaining and separate spaces to which members of this busy family could retreat. Extensive work was done to create a new basement kitchen, dinning and family room with a structural glass conservatory. In addition the rest of the building was re-orientated with new bathroom, drawing room, study, cloakroom and bedroom as well as a new low maintenance courtyard garden and decoration throughout.
